Hi guys.. how are you?
have not been blogging for quite awhile..
i guess either i m getting lazy or nothing interesting about my life..
hmm.. where shall we start..
i changed job once again..
just to emphasis: i m not a job hopper
i m just too unhappy with my previous work place
not because of work load
not because of job scope
not because of my colleagues
not because of the long working hours
is because of the politics..
simply too tired of all these
i dun find meaning in my work if i need to find all sorts of ways to cover myself, sabo ppl, shoot email 90% of my work hours..
thanks for giving me this opportunity to sharpen my skills in handling politicians..
i believe what i learnt for the past 1 yr is enuff for me to survive elsewhere..
now my new job..
i gotten out of town area, now hiding in industrial area..
i m in changi south now, in manufacturing industry..
maybe due to the nature of the industry, the enviornment here is rather slow paced, quiet and ppl here are much simpler to handle..
ppl here are generally nice and helpful..
nobody will leave you alone to float or sink..
so far to date, i like what i m handling..
slow and steady still although i m all alone..
my boss has not been hired yet.. sigh!
price to pay for changing jobs: NO BONUS!
seriously speaking, i m 100% not used to this..
compare with my past employers,
lively env VS quiet env
young and bubbly ppl VS not-too-young and dead
battle field everyday VS calm n peaceful times
some of my pals said i m difficult to please..
fast paced complained fast paced
slow complained slow
busy complained busy
free complained free
can't you guys understand.. i m trying to find a balance in between
i had been in battle field for the past few years..
all of the sudden, i got myself landed in a battle-free env..
i need time to adjust..
which 1 mth is not enuff..
i hope i can somehow adjust.. which i find quite difficult..
that's all for my career..
as for personal life..
nothing much to update.. still the same old me
just that now i bought a new toy for myself "Nintendo DS!"
and it is RED.. hehe!
i had no idea why i m so damn crazy abt it..
i had been playing with it almost everyday..
even playing it for 5 mins makes me happy...
i m waiting for my r4 card to arrive so that i can have more n more games to play..
mel bought accessories to dress up my DS..
year end approaching again..
it's time to reflect on what i did for the past 1 year..
i hope i did not offend anyone here..
which i think i did not, cause i m a nice person
if i did, pardon me..
same old thing, no resolution for 2008
being the same old me will be fine..
but if i can strike toto first prize n retire also not bad.. haha
if i cannot, mel strike also can lah! he will share with me... *i hope*
lastly, in the new year, i wish ladies get prettier, guys get more charming..
